Ramside Hall Wedding Photography - Durham - North East

The four star quality Ramside Hall Hotel is set in a 220 acre estate and is surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf.  It was formerly the home of the Pemberton family and the oldest part of Ramside Hall dates back to 1820. It was transformed in 1963 into the largest privately owned luxury hotel in County Durham; it boasts eighty luxurious bedrooms including two Presidential Suites and a number of premier rooms featuring four poster beds and whirpool baths.

The hotel is one of Durham’s most popular wedding venues and can cater for wedding receptions of all sizes ranging from 10 to 400 guests. It has large function suites such as the ballroom and also smaller function rooms and also offers a fully lined marquee for traditional outdoor summer weddings and is licensed to conduct civil ceremonies.  All rooms are elegantly decorated and some have their own self-contained bars. The hall has superb grounds and perfect gardens for open air receptions and photographic opportunities.
