St Hilda's Church Wedding Photography - The Headland - Hartlepool
A prominent feature of the Headland, St Hilda's church was built in the late twelfth century. Like most ancient churches, St Hilda's contains architecture of different periods and styles but the nave and tower are the oldest sections.
Today St Hilda's is the parish church of the Headland, a unique part of Hartlepool which is physically quite separate from the rest of the town. The church itself is clearly visible from as far away as the Marina and Historic Quay.
